I offer professional consultation along with presentations and/or workshops for organizations and/or other groups. I partner with universities, companies, and teams to co-create culturally-grounded, evidence-based tools that center the needs of diverse communities and promote equity, justice, and joy. I utilize our meeting sessions to discuss the specific goals of your group or team, and am able to offer expertise in the following areas: 

• Sense of belonging for BIPOC/the Global Majority

• Healing racial trauma in Black, Indigenous, and other People of Color (i.e., the Global Majority)

• The effects of race and racism on psychological well-being for Global Majority Members

• Empathy for pregnant/postpartum women of color in healthcare settings

• Liberation psychology praxis, especially for activists

• Decolonial, emancipatory, and feminist methodologies for researchers

• Adapting interventions to be culturally-informed across a diasporic community (i.e., Asian American Pacific Islanders)
